Equipment Rental

At Bledsoe's, we attempt to make our policies to be as flexible with the customer's needs as possible. However, there are always certain limitations in conducting business, therefore we have listed our store policies below. If you should have a concern or idea to offer, please don't hesitate to call.

DELIVERY: Delivery is available on all rental and sales equipment. Inquire with the store for pricing. At Bledsoe's, due to the nature of the business, delivery are not guaranteed, but we will make every effort to keep to your time schedule.

DAMAGE WAIVER: There is damage waiver fee on all rental equipment that protects the customer on certain damages but not for loss. Inquire with the store manager on pertinent questions. Providing a certificate of insurance naming Bledsoe's Rental Inc. as loss payee before the time of check-out will waive the fee and the individual or company will be solely responsible for any and all damage or loss to the equipment.

TAX: All rentals are subject to the local sales tax and is subject to change without notice.

TIME: All rentals are rented on a time out basis, not time used. There are 24 hours in day, 7 days in a week, and 28 days in a month rental.

WEEKENDS: Weekend rental options are due back by 9AM the following Monday. The rates are as follows:

Saturday AM: 2 day charge

Saturday Noon-4PM: 1&1/2 day charge

Saturday after 4PM: 1 day charge

METER: On heavy equipment and certain other equipment, meters are present to account for usage. Customers are allowed up to 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, and 160 hours per 28-day rental.

DEPOSIT: Deposit must be collected on all rentals as security to ensure equipment is returned in a viable condition. Cash, check, or credit card can be used for deposit. First time customers will be required to provide a credit card deposit. The card holder or check writer must be present at the time of reservation or rental. Checks are authorized by Tele-Check and all disputes must be settled through them. Credit cards are authorized for the amount of deposit and will place a hold on the fund for 7-10 business days or at the discretion of the bank.

 

Concrete

At Bledsoe's, concrete is available to do a multitude of jobs and we make our best effort to get that done. Concrete is available by trailer-haul or mix-on-site delivery truck. Below is listed our policies on those services. Please contact us for more information.

TRAILER-HAUL: For smaller jobs, you can use our trailer haul concrete service for 1/4YD to 1-1/4YD loads. All that is required is a 2” Ball and a hitch package able to support the weight. During winter weather conditions, please call an hour in advance so that we can eliminate any wait time you might have. All trailers must be returned without concrete and washed out. If not, there is a $100 cleaning charge and $50 dump charge per trailer.

DELIVERY: We carry four mix-on-site trucks that can deliver up to 8 yards per truck. There is a three-yard minimum charge per load. There is a delivery charge that starts at $190 depending on what area of the metro area you job is located. Time allowance is 20 minutes for the first yard and 5 minutes per yard thereafter. The money is due at the time of delivery, exceptions must be cleared with management. Normal delivery time is 8:00am to 4:30pm depending on quantity and area. Sunday and overnight delivery and is available, but an after hours delivery fee will be charged.

 

Merchandise Sales

We sell a wide range of products including Stihl, Toro, Scag, parts, accessories, and used equipment. If you should have questions, please contact us.

PARTS: Parts are available, depending on stock, for Stihl, Toro, Scag, Briggs & Stratton, Tecumseh, Kawasaki, Kohler, Wacker, plus several other lines. In order to assist you, please bring in your model and serial number, otherwise we will be unable to lookup the parts you need. If we do not stock the part, you may order the part(s) with an additional shipping fee. Only unused stock parts may be returned with a receipt within the past 30 days. Shipped parts may not be cancelled or returned, regardless of cause. Warranties on parts are only applicable when installed by our mechanics is good for 90 days following the repair.

NEW EQUIPMENT: Warranty work is dependant on the conditions of the manufacturers warranty and is at discretion of the mechanics, not counter staff. Returns or exchanges are handled at the discretion of the manager.

ACCESORIES: In conjunction with our rental equipment, we offer a wide array of products for our rental items. They may be returned in new condition if accompanied by a receipt within the past 30 days.

USED EQUIPMENT: Used equipment either from rental or repair is sold as is. There can be no exceptions. Bledsoe's makes every attempt to ensure the equipment is in proper working order and still carries a reasonable working life.

Equipment Repair

At Bledsoe's Rental, we have full service small engine repair shop. Generally, repair time lasts about one week depending on if parts are in stock. There is a $3 shop fee on all repairs to cover misc shop fees including towels, lubricants, and fuel. On all repairs, we will call you immediately following the completion of the repair. Warranty on repairs is 30 days on the labor related to the repair and 90 days on the parts. Please contact us with any questions you might have.
